Capacity
INSIDE BARN:
The interior of the barn will accommodate 200 persons for a seated reception.
OUTSIDE:
When using a tent or having an outdoor ceremony, the maximum number of guests allowed on property is 200.
RESERVATION POLICY
To reserve a specific date, please view Bullbourne Ranch calendar for availability. If the date is available, send an email requesting to book the date to: info@bullbourneranch.com . An electronic Rental Contract will be sent at that time.
Client will have up to 7 days to complete and return the Rental Contract, or the date will be released.
The reservation will be secured upon receipt of the signed Rental Contract and required rental fee (50% of rental fee if the reservation date is more than six months out; full rental fee if the reservation date is within less than six months). Checks, or credit card payments are accepted.
CHOOSING VENDORS
Clients may choose any vendor they like. Please note that any tent and lighting vendor must be licensed and insured.
While not required, we do recommend having a Day of Coordinator for your event. To help with the planning process, we've put together a short list of vendors we highly recommend.
At Bullbourne Ranch, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for our valued clients. To maintain the beauty of our venue and uphold the schedule for all events, we kindly request that rental items be set up and torn down by professionals.
If you choose to use a licensed and insured rental vendor, they must handle the setup and teardown of their rentals. All rentals handled by an outside vendor must be set up and torn down within the agreed rental period.
If you decide to use our rentals, we do not include setup and breakdown of our tables and chairs. We allow clients to hire a setup team or provide their own setup and breakdown.
By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure that every celebration at Bullbourne Ranch is a remarkable and stress-free occasion.
Set Up & Teardown
ALCOHOL
MUSIC & DECOR
INSURANCE
Alcoholic beverages (including but not limited to beer, wine, liquor, seltzers and/or champagne toasts) may be served only by bartender(s) licensed by the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission. A copy of the bartender’s ABC license must be on file four weeks prior to the event.
In addition to the ABC license(s), client must obtain a host liquor liability insurance policy, which is required to be on file with Bullbourne Ranch four weeks prior to the event.
All outdoor music must end at 10:00pm to comply with the city of Cornersville's noise ordinance. No exceptions will be made.
Client shall be responsible for all decorations for the event.
We require each client having over 50 guests and/or serving alcohol of any kind to purchase an event liability insurance policy. For more information about obtaining this policy click HERE.
