Bullbourne Ranch is available to rent seven days a week.  Unless noted, rental periods are from 9:00am until 11:00pm.

We offer several different methods of rental Bullbourne Ranch for your wedding or event. Please read about our FULL PACKAGES, A LA CARTE, and ADDITIONAL OPTIONS in the sections below.

Full Venue Rental Packages

  • Private use of the 150+ acre ranch from 9 am-11 pm
  • Open-air covered event barn space that can seat up to 210 guests with a dance floor area
  • Beautiful field for ceremony or additional event space overlooking the ranch
  • Wrap around deck with a custom bar, string lights, swings, and a lookout platform to watch the roaming bison.
  • Large parking area 
  • Professional cleaning after your event (clients/vendors must dispose of all trash in appropriate bins before their exit)
  • Barn rental from 9am-11pm
  • Luxury four stall restroom trailer
  • Tables and chairs for 200 guests: 200 white folding chairs, 13 - 72” round tables(seats ten at each),10 - 60” round tables (seats 8 at each), 2 - 48” round tables (seats 2-4 at each), 4 - 8ft folding tables for catering/bar-back/guest seating, 4 - 6ft x 30in folding tables for catering/bar-back/guest seating, and 6 metal bistro tables on the lookout deck, as well as set up and breakdown of these items.
  • 200 Crossback wooden chairs
  • Ranch House rental from 9am-11pm
  • Bunkhouse rental from 9am-11pm
  • Two six passenger golf carts for the duration of your event
  • Engagement photos session on the property for two consecutive hours
  • Enclosure system for barn in case of inclement weather
  • Use of heaters
  • Custom layout drawing to help you plan your event

Bunkhouse or Ranch House Friday or Saturday Rental - $1000 a night
Bunkhouse or Ranch House Sunday - Thursday Rental - $800 a night

Only available to guests who have purchased two consecutive full day rentals.

Weekend Bundle Package - $23,000

Includes Full Venue Rental (9am-11pm) for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, includingall amenities, as well as an overnight stay in the bunkhouse and ranch house Fridayand Saturday night.

REQUIREMENTS

Event Insurance: Typically around $150-$175

Client/Vendors must take care of all setup/breakdown within the rental period.

We accept weddings and events seven days a week, with the exception of some holidays. 

If you see a date that will work for you, we would love to show you our venue! Tours are self-guided most days and 1 day a week we offer guided tours. Tours are only available on days that we are not currently booked for an event.
