  • Tables and chairs for 200 guests: 200 white folding chairs, 13 - 72” round tables(seats ten at each),10 - 60” round tables (seats 8 at each), 2 - 48” round tables (seats 2-4 at each), 4 - 8ft folding tables for catering/bar-back/guest seating, 4 - 6ft x 30in folding tables for catering/bar-back/guest seating, 6 metal bistro tables on the lookout deck, and 2 black bars as well as set up and breakdown of these items.

At Bullbourne Ranch, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for our valued clients. To maintain the beauty of our venue and uphold the schedule for all events, we kindly request that rental items be set up and torn down within the agreed rental period. It's essential that these items are not left inside the house beyond the contracted times and are returned to their designated spots and carts.

To avoid any inconvenience, we require clients with over 50 guests to enlist the services of a professional company for the setup and teardown of our rental items. We understand the importance of personalized service, and tent and rental companies are available to handle this aspect for you at an additional fee.
