Amenities Included in Our Venue Rental Packages

At Bullbourne Ranch, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for our valued clients. To maintain the beauty of our venue and uphold the schedule for all events, we kindly request that rental items be set up and torn down by professionals.

If you choose to use a licensed and insured rental venue, they must handle the setup and teardown of their rentals. All rentals handled by an outside vendor must be set up and torn down within the agreed rental period. 

If you decide to use our rentals, we do not include setup and breakdown of our tables and chairs. We allow clients to hire a setup team or provide their own setup and breakdown..

Some Helpful Tips

We know that there's a lot that goes into planning a wedding, so we always want to help as much as possible. Below are the recommended linen sizes for the tables we have in our inventory. While we do not provide linens for the tables, we hope this helps you plan for your event!

For our 72” round tables, we recommend a 132" round linen
For our 60” round tables, we recommend a 120" round linen
For our 48” round tables, we recommend a 108" round linen
For our 8ft x30in folding tables, we recommend a 90" x 156"
For our 6ft x 30in folding tables, we recommend a 90" x 132"
For our 6 metal bistro tables - no linen required, but 120" if you want a linen over them
